A group of people comes together at the point where they have been disrespected or their rights were disrespected. Their rights might get disrespected when they can't vote if they were men. Or if they don't let them do something for high taxes. They might also be dark skin the other people are racist. The case is that when someone gets disrespected or insulted of some way then they just decide to go on their own.

A group of people become a nation when they come together. A nation is when they have new everything . New laws, government, and ect... They might even have more wars and could be that the taxes are lower so that they can get more population. Those are times a group can get together.
